TESS Tools guarantees your satisfaction on every order placed with us.  If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply call or email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.  The merchandise must be returned with a copy of your invoice, shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange, full refund, or credit of your purchase price.  A restocking fee may apply.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.  We will not issue a credit, refund, or exchange for any product which is returned that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined. We simply request that you adhere to the following requirements:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete in its original manufacturer's packaging, including inserts and instructions.

(2) The return must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

(3) Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.

(4) Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.

(5) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid.

(6) Special orders are non returnable
